No. Advance is 50% to start, 50% on delivery - you see it live and working before you pay the balance. The Care plan is monthly, cancel any time. Workshops are paid in full to book the slot.
Prices are inclusive of standard work. GST will be added at 18% on the invoice if you want a GST receipt - tell us your GSTIN and we'll raise a proper tax invoice. Many small businesses don't need one; we'll ask.
T1 and T2 include 1 round of revisions on the logo and 1 on the site. T3 includes 2 rounds on each. Extra rounds are Rs 500 each, but honestly most clients land it in the included rounds - we show you previews on WhatsApp as we go, so there are no big surprises at the end.
You get 14 days of free post-launch support for any bug or "this looks odd" - that's on us. After that, the Care plan (Rs 1,500/mo) covers hosting, edits and monitoring. You're not forced into it; you can also just pay per edit when you need one.
Yes. Everything we build is yours - the logo files, the site files, the domain (registered in your name), the dashboard, the CRM. We hand over the source. If you ever decide to take it to someone else, you can, no hard feelings. We don't hold anyone's website hostage.
Usually yes. Book the free audit - we'll tell you honestly what's worth fixing on what you have and what's worth rebuilding. If a fresh build is cheaper than patching, we'll say so. We don't push rebuilds that aren't needed.
